Your session includes:
Structural Mapping: A 360° postural analysis to identify the root cause of your pain.
Pattern Discovery: Identifying the “holding patterns” (like hip hikes or tilts) driving your tension.
Targeted Treatment: A focused clinical intervention to reduce your primary pain patterns.

Hi My name is Traviata “Maria”Raudales, Licensed Massage Therapist, #M06681. I am a Barnes certified Myofascial Release Specialist, with more than 5 specific certifications in Myofascial Therapy from the Pesi Institute, John Barnes, and Maria Alfieris, etc. Precision Myofascial Therapy Clinic, our mission is to treat the root cause of chronic pain (not just the symptoms) by releasing fascial restrictions in the body to help you achieve balance and get back to the activities that you once enjoyed.
At Precision Myofascial Therapy Clinic, we do one thing and we do it with precision. We practice Myofascial Therapy, a clinical technique that is not a massage, not a wellness service, and nothing like what you will find in a spa or franchise setting. We do not offer Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, or sports massage, and we are not a general bodywork clinic. We are a specialty practice focused exclusively on releasing the connective tissue restrictions that cause chronic pain, limited mobility, and structural dysfunction in the body.
If you are looking for a relaxation massage or a full-body rubdown, we are not the right fit. If you are looking for clinical care that actually gets to the source of your problem, you are in the right place.
We Help Two Groups of People
WHAT IS MYOFASCIAL THERAPY?
This Is Not a Massage. Here Is What It Actually Is.
When most people hear hands-on soft tissue care, they picture a massage table, full-body work, and walking out feeling relaxed. Myofascial Therapy looks nothing like that and works nothing like that, and understanding the difference is important before your first session.
Myofascial Therapy is a clinical technique, not a massage modality. We do not use oil or lotion. We do not perform long flowing strokes across the body. We do not work on the full body in a single session. Instead, each session is focused on either the upper body or the lower body, with full-body integration coming later in the treatment process once individual regions have been properly addressed. This sectional approach is intentional and clinically important. Trying to address the entire body at once produces superficial, inconsistent results. Working in focused regions allows us to apply the depth, precision, and time each area needs to create genuine structural change. As the upper and lower body restrictions are progressively cleared, sessions evolve to address how those regions connect and influence each other, ultimately restoring balance across the full body.
There is no wellness component to what we do. This is not a place to come for relaxation or general stress relief. This is a specialty clinical practice for people who are dealing with real physical problems and want real solutions.
Why Does Your Pain Keep Coming Back?
Swedish massage, deep tissue, and stretching all share the same limitation. They work on the muscle but they cannot reach what is beneath it, and beneath it is exactly where your pain lives. The treatment felt good but it only reached the surface. Underneath the muscle, there is an entire system of connective tissue called fascia, and that is where your pain is actually coming from.
Fascia is a dense, web-like tissue that wraps around every muscle, bone, nerve, and organ in your body without interruption. Think of it as the body’s internal packaging system. When it is healthy it allows everything to move freely and efficiently. When it becomes restricted through injury, repetitive movement, stress, or years of poor posture, it tightens like a slow vice, creating pressure and tension that builds over time and does not release on its own.
The problem is that most hands-on treatment cannot reach the fascia. Techniques that use oil or lotion create a glide across the skin that actually prevents the therapist from accessing the deeper tissue layers beneath. This means that Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, and sports massage, despite how they feel in the moment, are all working above the layer where your pain originates. They relax the muscle temporarily. The fascia underneath remains restricted. A day or two later, the muscle tightens back up because nothing that was holding it under tension has changed. This is the cycle most people are stuck in.
How Myofascial Therapy Works Differently
Myofascial Therapy uses slow, sustained pressure applied without oil directly into the body’s fascial layers. Instead of gliding across the surface, the technique holds steady pressure and waits for the tissue to respond, softening and releasing at each layer before moving progressively deeper. This is not about applying more force. It is about applying the right kind of pressure in the right place for long enough to allow the connective tissue to genuinely let go.
Because each session penetrates deeper layers of restriction, the changes that happen in one session carry forward into the next. The body begins to reorganize structurally, releasing tension patterns that have been building for months or years. Over the course of a Treatment Track, clients experience cumulative improvement, meaning each session leaves them feeling better than the last and those improvements do not disappear between appointments. This is what separates Myofascial Therapy from everything else. It is not temporary relief applied repeatedly. It is structural change that accumulates over time until the source of the problem is resolved.
We Find the Source Before We Treat It
One of the most important things to understand about fascial restriction is that it rarely stays in one place. The fascial system runs continuously throughout the entire body, which means a restriction in your hip can create tension in your lower back. Tightness in your upper back can contribute to chronic headaches. Jaw pain can be driven by fascial tension in the neck and shoulders. The place where you feel the pain is often not the place where the pain begins.
MYOFASCIAL THERAPY IS NOT “ONE-AND-DONE OR A THREE SESSION & DONE THERAPY”
Yes you will feel better after your first session, but Myofascial is not a “one and done, or a 3 session and done” treatment. It took time for our postural tension and postural imbalances to occur, so it’s going to take time to undue the different layers of restrictions. Many people start by purchasing a 3-Treatment Pack and expect miracles to happen. Yes you will start feeling better, but it takes time to reduce postural restrictions through the fascia because we are working through old layers of your tissue that developed over a long period of time, so expect that the process is going to be AT LEAST 90 days for you to be able to see results and consistency is required.
We assess every client before we treat them. Using postural mapping and structural assessment, we analyze how your body is compensating, where tension is being stored, and what structures are contributing to your symptoms, even if they don’t feel like part of the problem. We then build a targeted Treatment Track based on what your body actually needs, not just where it hurts. This is clinical reasoning, not guesswork, and it is the difference between chasing symptoms and actually resolving them. An example of chasing symptoms is only addressing the tension in your shoulders, where you feel it most. Well 99.999% of the time, the root of your pain is likely due to a postural imbalance in the hips, so if we only treat your shoulders, you will never
FOR ATHLETES
You Train Hard. Your Body Deserves Care That Matches That.
You already know how to push through discomfort. What is frustrating is when the tightness, the recurring strain, or the movement restriction that is quietly limiting your performance will not go away no matter what you do. You stretch it. You foam roll it. You get a sports massage before or after competition. It loosens up and comes right back. That is not a recovery problem. That is a fascia problem.
Why the Recovery Tools You Are Using Are Not Enough
Sports massage, stretching, and foam rolling all work at the level of the muscle. They increase circulation, temporarily reduce tension, and help the body feel looser after training. For general soreness and fatigue, they serve a purpose. But muscle tissue is only one layer of the body, and for athletes dealing with chronic restriction, recurring soft tissue injury, or movement patterns that feel locked no matter how much flexibility work they do, the muscle is not where the problem lives.
Beneath the muscle, wrapping around every structure in your body, is the fascial system. In athletes, this tissue accumulates restriction over time through training load, repetitive movement patterns, compensations for old injuries, and the general wear of high physical demand. Because fascia is dense and layered, it does not respond to surface pressure or passive stretching. It requires sustained, direct engagement without oil, which is exactly what Myofascial Therapy delivers and what every other modality cannot. When the fascial layers begin to release, range of motion improves and stays improved. Compensation patterns that have been quietly limiting your mechanics begin to resolve. Soft tissue problems that have been recurring for months or years, stop recurring because the restriction driving them has actually been addressed.
This Is Not a Full-Body Session and That Is Exactly the Point.
One of the most important distinctions about how we work is that we do not attempt to treat the entire body in a single session. Each session focuses on either the upper body or the lower body. As restrictions in each region are progressively cleared, sessions advance to address how those regions interconnect and influence each other, ultimately restoring balance and function across the full body.
For athletes, this matters significantly. Trying to cover everything in one session means nothing gets the depth of attention it actually needs. Focused regional work means each restriction is addressed thoroughly and completely before the work moves forward. The results are more precise, more lasting, and more effective than any generalized full-body approach could produce.
Care That Is Built Like a Training Program
You do not build strength or performance through random isolated effort. You follow a progressive plan where each phase of work builds on the last. Your soft tissue care should work the same way.
Our Treatment Tracks are structured in defined phases. We begin by reducing immediate restriction and discomfort in the primary affected region, then work progressively through the deeper fascial layers driving your symptoms, and ultimately restore the structural balance your body needs to perform and recover at its highest level. Every session is charted and intentionally connected to the one before it and the one ahead. Clients do not come in and start over each time. They come in and move forward, building toward a body that moves freely, loads efficiently, and stops breaking down in the same places.
This Is Not Sports Massage. It Is the Work Sports Massage Cannot Do.
If you are serious about your performance and serious about your longevity in your sport, your body deserves care that actually reaches the source of the problem. Precision Myofascial Therapy Clinic is where athletes come when they are done managing the same issues and ready to resolve them.
YOU DON’T HAVE TO BE AN ATHLETE TO DESERVE REAL CARE
What If the Pain You Have Been Managing Could Actually Be Resolved?
Chronic headaches. Jaw pain. A neck that never fully relaxes. A back that tightens up no matter how much you stretch it. If you have been living with any of these and have tried massage, chiropractic, physical therapy, or medication without lasting relief, you are not out of options. You have just been working on the wrong layer.
Before we go further, it is important to understand what this clinic is and what it is not. We are not a massage studio. We are not a wellness center. We do not offer relaxation services, Swedish massage, or deep tissue work. What we offer is clinical Myofascial Therapy, a specialty technique designed to reach the deeper connective tissue layers that conventional treatment cannot access. If you are coming here expecting a traditional massage experience, this will be very different. If you are coming here because you are tired of pain that keeps returning and you want real answers, this is exactly where you need to be.
Why Your Pain Keeps Returning
Most chronic pain that does not respond to conventional treatment is not a muscle problem or a joint problem. It is a fascial problem. The connective tissue surrounding the muscles, joints, and nerves in your body has become restricted, creating slow sustained pressure on the structures around it. That pressure generates pain, limits movement, and does not release with stretching or surface massage because those approaches cannot reach the tissue that is actually causing it.
What This Looks Like in Real Life
Chronic tension headaches and migraines are often driven by fascial restriction in the neck, upper back, and base of the skull that creates compressive pressure upward into the head. Treating the headache itself without addressing that fascial tension is why the headaches keep coming back.
TMJ dysfunction and chronic jaw pain frequently involve fascial tightness that extends well beyond the jaw into the neck, face, and upper thoracic spine. The jaw is where you feel it. The fascial system is what is driving it. Adjusting the joint without releasing the surrounding connective tissue is why so many TMJ sufferers cycle through treatment without resolution.
Postural pain, the persistent ache in your neck, shoulders, or lower back that comes from sitting at a desk, standing for long hours, or simply carrying tension in the same places day after day, develops because the body’s fascial system has adapted to that posture and locked it in. Stretching can temporarily create length in the muscle but the fascia has already reorganized around that pattern and will pull everything back into place. Real postural change requires releasing the fascial layers that are holding the body in dysfunction.
How We Work and What to Expect
Each session focuses on either the upper or lower body rather than attempting to cover everything at once. This is not a limitation. It is what makes the work effective. Focused regional treatment allows the depth and precision needed to create real change in the connective tissue. As restrictions in each area are cleared over the course of your Treatment Track, sessions progress to address how the upper and lower body connect and influence each other, restoring balance across the full body progressively and permanently.
Using slow sustained pressure without oil, Myofascial Therapy reaches the deeper connective tissue layers that surface treatment cannot access. Each session releases restriction progressively, with improvements carrying forward rather than fading away. Clients who have dealt with the same chronic symptoms for years begin to notice that the relief lasts longer after each session. As the deeper layers of restriction clear, the body stops recreating the same tension patterns and symptoms that once returned within days begin to stay away for weeks, then permanently.
We assess the whole body before every treatment because your pain rarely starts where you feel it. We find the source, build a plan around it, and treat it with clinical precision until the problem is resolved, not just managed.
You do not have to keep living with this. You just need treatment that goes deep enough to fix it.
ABOUT
This Practice Was Built for People Who Need More Than a Massage.
Too many people cycle through treatment that offers temporary relief and calls it care. They leave feeling better and return two weeks later with the same problem because nothing that was driving it has actually changed. Precision Myofascial Therapy Clinic was built specifically to break that cycle.
We are not a massage studio and we are not a wellness center. We are a specialty clinical practice that works exclusively with Myofascial Therapy because it is the only hands-on modality built to engage the fascial system at depth, and depth is where chronic pain lives. Our clinical foundation includes advanced certification through the John F. Barnes Myofascial Therapy approach, specialized training in fascial pelvis work and chronic pain patterns, and extensive hands-on experience across a wide range of conditions from acute athletic injury to long-standing chronic dysfunction. Every client who walks through our door receives a full structural assessment, a targeted treatment plan, and care that is intentional and clinically driven from the first session to the last. We do not offer generalized treatment. We do not guess. We assess, we plan, and we execute with precision until your body responds the way it is supposed to.
If you are ready for care that takes the source of your problem seriously, we are ready to work.
